Google Adds New Gemini Tools to Help Small Businesses Manage Marketing and Finances

October 21, 2026 - Google has introduced new Gemini tools for small business owners, adding a dedicated business landing page, brand-consistent content creation, and financial analysis features. The update also expands Gemini’s connections with Google services and third-party business applications, allowing entrepreneurs to manage more routine work from one interface.
Brand-Specific Marketing Content
Business owners can upload their website, brand kit, fonts, or color palette to establish a visual identity within Gemini. The assistant uses this information with Nano Banana 2.1, Google’s image-generation model, to create consistent marketing assets for product launches and promotional campaigns.
The new business hub also connects Gemini with Google Business Profile, Google Ads, and Google Workspace. Third-party integrations include Adobe, Canva, Dropbox, Shopify, Wix, Zoho, and Xero.
Financial Analysis and Business Insights
Gemini can convert spreadsheets, receipts, and purchase records into financial charts and interactive models. This gives business owners another way to review financial information without manually organizing every record into a report.
Google highlighted examples of entrepreneurs using Gemini for product descriptions, newsletters, customer service, local marketing, and business planning. In Maharashtra, farmer and creator Santosh Jadhav used the assistant to assess soil suitability, estimate seed requirements, and prepare a farming investment budget.
Availability
Google said the business landing page, marketing and finance skills, and additional connected apps would begin rolling out globally to Gemini app users in the coming days. The announcement did not specify separate pricing for these features.
The release extends Google’s efforts to bring business-specific context into Gemini, giving entrepreneurs tools to create marketing materials and organize customer information through connected services.
